We’re at a phase where both design and development teams begin merging creative assets with development specs. The development team has decided on the appropriate technology stack – by now, they’ll have started designing the site/application architecture, defining the data model and database schemas, and creating technical specifications and documentation to support their decisions against your requirements.

Every project of this nature reaches a quiet phase where the real work begins and the baton gets handed to teams behind the scenes, notably our developers. The development work is broken down into manageable sprints or iterations, and tasks are assigned based on particular skills and expertise.
